Recommendation 1: (SLRP—Physical Plant) To engage in renovations and new construction in accordance with needs, the Long Range Plan, and the philosophy of “green” construction.

Activity 1: Determine which buildings will be renovated and those, which will be demolished to make room for new construction.

Activity 2: Determine maximum number of residential students and build plan in accordance with those numbers.

Activity 3: Explore the merging of Student Woodworking area with the Maintenance Shop – possible renovation/reconstruction of Paradise.

Activity 4: Renovate Bookstore as a Student Center and merge operations with Stardust Bookstore.
