Meggie most recently moved from the Big Island of Hawai’i where she worked in wilderness therapy for young adults. There, she lived in an off-grid cabin with 2 cats (Kiko and Betty) and several rogue chickens. Before Hawai’i, Meggie worked in the Office of Energy & Environmental Initiatives for Brown University, developing connections between students and faculty on sustainability initiatives. She has recently relocated to Vermont to work at Sterling College, combining her background in higher education and environmental stewardship. She spends her time baking, running and listening to public radio.
